Excellence... It’s such a good thing, but you and I know it is way too rare in this world of ours. So many people stop at average when excellence is within reach. So when you are a person who is excellent in what you do, you really stand out.

One of the many things that impresses me about all of you who are part of Hollywood Connect, and its parent organization, The Greenhouse Arts & Media, either as participants or supporters, is that you each work so hard to be excellent in everything you do – creativity, community involvement, personal branding & presentation, physical and intellectual development, and so much more.

A New Year is right around the corner, and the Hollywood Connect community of creative artists and professionals continues to grow. In fact, in just the last five years or so, Hollywood Connect has helped thousands of creative artists and professionals here in Southern California and around the globe. It has provided opportunities for mentoring, training workshops, and collaborative projects. And production companies are coming to Hollywood Connect to find cast and crew for their projects.

So just as you excel in everything you do – in your craft, in your career, in inspiring others, and in serving your communities, we want to encourage you to see that you excel just as much in the talent of giving. (See 2 Corinthians 8:7)

Because of you, Hollywood Connect is going to keep being there for creative artists of all sorts. As a member of this community, you’re making a difference with your fellow artists. And just as you give your time and talent, we want to encourage you to give financially as well, helping Hollywood Connect to keep going strong.
